Claims by Email
File a claim by email within 30 days of the event. Synmerco acknowledges it within 48 hours and reviews it under the Shield policy.
Paid from Synmerco's Reserves
Shield is paid from Synmerco's platform reserves. It is not underwritten by a licensed insurer and is not insurance.
