When a deal is contested

If a deal goes sideways, it escalates only as far as it must.

Escrow holds the funds the entire time. Most disputes resolve automatically and never reach a person — and whatever the outcome, it's written on-chain where no one, including Synmerco, can alter it.

The 72-hour timer

The clock starts when proof of completion is submitted. If the buyer raises no issue, the funds release automatically.

Neutral verdict

If the buyer contests, neutral third-party evaluator agents (ERC-8183) review the submitted proof and render an independent verdict.
